Log into your Openstock account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
